CHOC/Harley Toy Drive and Santa!!

CHOC Toy Drive

Hundreds of roaring Harleys cruised onto the the Anaheim Hills campus on Friday to pick-up all of the toys that our students have donated for CHOC (Children's Hospital of Orange County).

There were shouts of excitement and waves of glee as the motorcycles rolled in the gate with their engines revin' and roarin'!  The Harley Owners of Orange County picked up all our toys and will deliver them to CHOC before Christmas.

Santa also visited and gave everyone a candy cane and a hug!

It's That Exciting Time of Year Again!!

Next week, the FPA will begin selling Scrip gift certificates in the main hallway in the mornings before school and in the afternoons between 3:00 - 3:45PM. You may purchase a Scrip gift certificate and select the denomination as a gift for teachers and staff. At the time of purchase, you will receive a gift certificate that you can present to teachers and staff as a special gift along with list of vendors that they can choose from to redeem their gift certificate. They will later redeem it with the Scrip coordinator and receive their gift card(s).

Should you have any questions regarding Scrip gift certificates, please contact Caryn Chavez, Scrip Coordinator at caryn1@roadrunner.com.

YEARBOOK ADS

It's that time of year....to think about the END of the year!  Yearbook ads and personalization need to be ordered through our yearbook company by January 21, 2011.

A personal ad is a great way to let your kids know how proud you are of them!  Eighth grade parents-this is a great opportunity to celebrate your child's promotion to high school!  See sample ads attached.

$100. deposit is due by December 17 and there are a limited number of pages available...so orders will be taken in the order that they are received.  The remaining balance of your ad and completed ad or photographs and text (I will then lay out the ad for you) will be due on January 21, 2011.

Personalize your child's yearbook
A great way to personalize your child's yearbook!  You can have their name printed on the front, and add a second line (you can have their teacher's name, year, or something special about the year imprinted !) 29 characters per line, and then you can add a special 'icon' such as basketball, ballet shoes, or lots of  other choices!
Please fill out the attached form and return full payment for your order by January 21.  Questions?  (714) 693-3812  Vicky Mantell
