When your craving for a single piece of cake burns strong, this low-calorie recipe will tingle your taste buds: 


 

Step 1: Mix 1 cake mix (any flavor) and 1 angel food cake mix in a zip-lock bag.
 
Step 2: Mix 3 tablespoons of the mix from step 1 with 2 tablespoons of water in a coffee mug.  
 
Step 3: Microwave for 1 minute, serve and enjoy!  
Bonus Step: Add fruit or chocolate chips for a delicious touch.

Tennis Kickoff Social

Outdoor Pool Officially Opens May 25
The Outdoor Pool will officially open on Friday, May 25 at 5:30pm with our All Access Weekend, Free Guest Friday Poolside Happy Hour and NEW Expanded Baby Pool!
Fitness Tip of the Week
Different exercise props - such as tubes, balls and thera-bands - can add a convenient new dimension to your routine. Tubes and bands can provide a multitude of strengthening and stretch-assisted moves that are perfect for traveling or busy days when you can't make it to the gym.

New Piloxing Schedule 
This program is taught by Anne James, and combines boxing with Pilates balance/control in one great workout. Participants use weighted gloves or light weights for a great upper body workout during this fast-moving class.

Flying Fish Swim Team Parent Meeting

May 16th from 6pm to 7pm in the Grandin East, for families enrolled or interested in the Summer 2012 Flying Fish Swim Team. Fittings will be held the same evening from 6:30pm to 8:30pm in the Camargo Room. 

Boys Fit

Beginning on June 12th, every Tuesday from 10:30am to 11:15am on the soccer field, boys aged 10 to 14 can join Private Trainer Pete Wimburg to improve their athletic ability with speed, agility, balance, and coordination training.
