This neighborly Q&A will bring together individuals and organizations experienced in the landmark designation process, as well as the regulatory process for managing landmarks after designation has happened. Living with Landmarks is organized in anticipation of the first of three upcoming public hearings at the Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) to consider expanded landmark protection on West End Avenue.
The first of these three hearings, covering West End avenue from 79th to 87th Streets, will be Tuesday, March 22nd. An important date, so mark your calendar! To know more about what to expect at the public hearing, and what the benefits and responsibilities are of living in a landmark neighborhood, please join us for Living with Landmarks!
