Landmarks Commission evaluating possible historic district in Morningside Heights

Morningside Heights is a neighborhood just north of the Upper West Side, and near and dear to many in the preservation community.  As such, we are thrilled to share the following news from Assembly Member Danny O'Donnell's office:

Join Assembly Member O'Donnell and the LPC on Monday, September 20th, at 6
PM for this important meeting.  The meeting will be held at the Riverside Church, Room 10-T (entrance located at 91 Claremont Avenue).

This is one of the community's few opportunities in the designation process to demonstrate support and influence the size of the district considered.
