***I first called AA Lock and Key with lock problems in a building that provides housing with support services for 56 formerly homeless men and women. As a fundraiser, I had no idea what questions to ask about locks, never mind what the appropriate solution should be to our problem. We are working with a very tight, almost nonexistent budget. Dave was incredibly patient with my questions and answered them all in lay terminology. He suggested starting with the most basic steps such as two new factory quality cut keys and new cylinders as needed that are master keyed as well.
