Greetings!

Welcome Spring!  It can't come soon enough...and we are happy it is on the early side this year!

In reviewing what is the biggest mistake made by our clients, we realize waiting untill the last minute to have a lock repaired or replaced is very costly.  See our security tip below

Dave recently completed a repair on a famous landmark, or we should say "seamark"!   See the photo below!

Call Sooner than Later!

We have had countless calls late in the day or when a lock has completely failed and there have been signs of lock failure earlier on.  We recently had to drill a safe that had shown signs of failure in opening and then became locked shut.  This can be expensive and time consuming and very inconvenient to our clients when valuable information or items are locked inside, or you are locked in or out of a building, office or residence.

Our advice:  Call us sooner than later!  Remember, you will always reach Kathy, Bob, Dave or Deb from 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.  You can leave a message on our machine after hours and we will promptly reply as soon as possible the next business day.

 sampleAn Unusual Work Site!

We were recently called to the United States Coast Guard Barque Eagle.  Dave drilled open and repaired a safe, set a combo and made keys for file cabinets.  This is a beautiful ship and it was an honor to work aboard it!

The next week Dave worked on the USCG Cutter Chinook and assisted the Coast Guard crew on a problem with high security locks on a weapons locker.

You can always reach us personally by phone at 860-464-8664, from 8:30 am through 5 pm, weekdays.   You will never get an answering service or machine during these hours.  We hope you find this information helpful and look forward to hearing from you soon!  We welcome your input about our E newsletter.  Drop us a note at AALK@aol.com !

Yours in safety and security,
