If something, like money, isn't showing up for us then one place to look is our feelings about having money. Recall from the workshop that when we feel good about a desire such as money then our Emotional Guidance System is telling us that the manifestation is close to appearing. Negative feelings tell us that we're thinking thoughts that are preventing the desire from showing up.
The secret to attracting money then is to feel good about money before we have it in our hands. One idea is to occasionally buy something small that makes us feel rich. It might be a gourmet food item, like truffles. It might be getting a monogrammed set of towels. It might be keeping our car washed and clean. Enjoy the item and think how nice it will be when you have more items like it. You're on your way to riches!

Real-life LoA Story
About 3 years ago, my husband and I received the movie "The Secret", as a gift. We watched it a couple of times together. Shortly afterwards we took a trip to Florida to see my husband's Grandpa. We were rushing to the airport, and got there late. To our happy surprise, we got bumped to first class because those were the only open seats. Flying first class was wonderful, we loved having more room and the service was great.
When it was time to return home, we arrived at the airport early, not late as we had at our departure. We had enjoyed flying to our destination first class so much, that we decided to use some of the principals from "The Secret" to see if we could get bumped to first class again! So all day long we talked to each other, about how nice it was going to be to fly first class on our trip home. We really got into the feeling of flying once again in luxury. We were having fun with it, and it actually was fun to do. We kept it up even as we arrived to check-in at the airport.
Once at the counter we were still anticipating if this just may work. After checking us in, to our surprise, the attendant slid our tickets to us and said in a happy tone that she had upgraded us to first class! She even winked as she gave us the tickets. We did not ask any questions and she did not say why. He and I just looked at each other and really could not believe it, we both felt elated. It was the coolest thing ever. We had just proved to ourselves that the law of attraction really works!
