Greetings!
Thanks for taking the time to check out our newsletter. We keep doing all we can to engage your interest, share our first hand discoveries and express our ebullient enthusiasm. Our video archive grows by the day, new wines join our portfolio as the latest vintages arrive while many disappear as they march their way to your cellars. We continually add articles, decriptions, features and interviews to ArtisanVineyards.com so you may enjoy the fruits of our loving labor.

Mention Chateau Montelena and eyes light up. Built in 1882 into the base of Mount Saint Helena of pale cut stone, clad in ivy and surrounded by old vines, Chateau Montelena will evoke a whimsical response from the most hardened realist. It embodies a Ruritanian charm that suggests we ought to live at a quieter pace in rural dignity. No matter how scenic and idyllic the setting, Chateau Montelena's place in the wine world, as well as history, was secured in Paris of all places. (To read the rest follow me to the website.) |
