RECIPE OF THE MONTH - ISLAND BURGER
 Here's our special recipe for our fabulous Island Burger Sandwich! We use a generous 1/3 lb ground beef patty. Sprinkle with Kilohana's Original Pulehu Salt Seasoning, add 2 slices swiss cheese, grilled pineapple ring and drizzle with Kilohana's Teriyaki Glaze. Generously spread mayo on a grilled hamburger bun, add burger,cheese, pineapple ring and top with onions, lettuce and tomatoes. Grab a BUNCH of napkins and ENJOY! This is an incredible burger that will make you a hit at your next barbecue. Pick up a bottle of our Pulehu Salt Seasoning and Teriyaki Glaze next time you come in. |

DAYS OF MY YOUTH - MYRON KASHIMA
We just celebrated Memorial Day and I want to remember and honor the men and women that sacrificed their lives so that we can enjoy our freedom today. When we were growing up in Hawaii, school children would sew leis that were collected and placed on the graves of our fallen heroes. The price of freedom is high and Memorial Day is more than a day to barbecue. Mahalo - Thank you to those who have served and are serving today. Kilohana Grill offers a 10% discount on meals to customers that are in uniform - military, fire and police officers as our humble way to say thank you for your service. |
