Hotel Indigo, The Residences At 151 & The Suites at 151

,   If I said there was a lot to report today, that would be an understatement.  Where do I begin?  First, I just posted 32 new photos taken yesterday.  You can now see how the lobby ceiling is going to mirror the Hotel Indigo logo.  This is going to be a really cool lobby.  You will also see the stone work on the courtyard fountain and walls.  Lots to see, check out all the photos.
 
If you are traveling this month on USAir you'll want to pull out the magazine in the seat pocket in front of you.  What you'll find is a main feature article on the City of Asheville.  Our Director of Sales negotiated a really nice package through USAir and we ended up with a great half page add in this nationwide publication.  You can check out the ad on-line here.  USAir Ad.  You may view the entire article on the USAir web site.
 
In conjunction with the USAir promotion and everything else that is going on with the property, we're in the process of revamping our web presence.  You will note in the USAir ad a new web address, BoutiqueHotel-Asheville.com. This will take you to a landing page where you can make a decision on where you want to go.  Is it a condo you want to rent..... a hotel room you are interested in, or are you interested in the purchase of a condo?  There will be a "new" web site in back of each of these very shortly.
 
One of these web sites ties directly into our new venture, "The Suites at 151, LLC" which is an entity that is purchasing five of the condos on the 10th & 11th floors that will be available for rental.  We've already, just through the efforts of our director of sales, booked several dates for these units.  This entity has raised about 65% of its capital at this point.  If you have an interest, and we've not contacted you as of yet, give us a call.
