Back from Asheville last night after a great few days at the site.  The project is moving along with glass being installed at the condo level, the interior elevator has about 30 days to go yet, drywall is being installed on the hotel floors and studs are going up in the condo levels.  Take a look at the photo gallery and you will see there is a lot going on. We are on schedule for a completion and opening the first week of October.

We now have a Director of Sales, Susan Newton who hit the ground running as of June 1st.   Additionally we hired the General Manager for the hotel.  We are excited to have these positions filled with great people who understand the importance of great customer service!
 
We're getting a lot more interest in the condos now that we can actually get buyers into the building. (As long as they are either willing to climb up the stairs, or ride the construction elevator on the outside of the building, that is an experience in itself!)   
 
Many of you participated in a survey we did a month or so ago regarding the sale and rental of condo units.  We are now finalizing the details for our program and will be back with those that expressed an interest very soon.  We believe this will be a very exciting and needed addition to the Asheville market.
