Hotel Indigo & The Residences At 151

Asheville, NC - May 6, 2009

Lots of progress on the project in the last few weeks, and lots of information to pass along. Weaver-Cooke is doing a great job for us and has assured us we are on schedule for a completion and opening the first week of October.

I've posted new photos on the construction photo gallery page. There are several taken in the main lobby that I think you will enjoy, take a look at the ceilings, as well as some fantastic views from the roof and the Penthouse.

As we are in the midst of marketing the condos for sale, we are always looking for additional ways to get exposure to the market. In that light, we are doing everything we can do to get noticed on the internet. We want someone that is in, "you name the city" to be able to find us when they do an internet search for a downtown condo.

We're now listed on Facebook, you can follow us on Twitter, we're listed on several blogs on Wordpress and Beverly-Hanks, in the real estate section of Asheville.com and we appear on the web pages of several of the top real estate companies in Asheville.

You can also watch us on YouTube. We've posed a video on Asheville and The Residences at 151. This is in the process of being revised as we have found several areas we would like to improve upon.

We've just entered into a marketing agreement with Private Mountain Communities and will be a featured community in their showroom and on their web site.
