Another great week in Asheville.......80 degrees and sunny when I got there last Sunday, unfortunately Monday and Tuesday were very cold with snow and high winds, then the good weather reappeared by mid-week.  You can check out some of the snow caps on the mountains in the photo gallery. These are just a few of the views from the Penthouse level. Lots of progress is taking place on the project as you will see from the photos.  I'll be back next week with more updates.  New photos are posted.  
 
We have several appointments now scheduled for showing of the condos.  Things are starting to percolate as spring is here and everyone is getting out and about in the city.

As a reminder, you might want to mark your calendars to schedule a trip to Asheville in October to see the fall leaves; we'll have a place that will be taking reservations, as we anticipate being open the first week of October.
