Lots of news in this issue, I know, I said that in the last email update, but honestly, there was a lot going on this past week, and I really don't see things slowing down anytime soon.

We just posted the photos from the job site meeting of February 2nd.  Additionally you will see photos taken on February 6th.  I got to ride the lift up to the 8th floor for the first time, and what a view.  Can't wait to get up 5 more floors. 
 
You will also see photos of our new space in the Grove Arcade.  Friday night was "First Friday" and it was our opportunity to showcase and introduce The Residences at 151 to the public.  Although everyone can see the building going up, there were a lot of folks that had no idea that the top four floors were condos.  It was a great night with lots of positive comments.
