First, we just posted the January 19th job site meeting photos on the web site for your review. The steel on the main structure is now up to the roof on part of the building and the floors are poured up to the 10th.
 
As we now move into the sales phase for the condos, we needed a place for clients to preview all the finish selections and a place for us to have a presence in the Asheville community. We leased a showroom space in the Grove Arcade that will serve as our Sales and Preview Center.   To see the space that we lease click here.
 
As our lease starts on February 1st we will be getting the space ready over the next couple of weeks. Our plan is to have the space feel like you are sitting in a comfortable living room.  The Grove Arcade has many activities that we will take advantage of to introduce the project to the community.  They include some after hour's community events such as FIRST FRIDAY & Jazz After 5 usually held on Friday nights.
