for Your Company
The NJ Small Business Development Center at The College of New Jersey has received funds to help companies as they prepare to hire and retain employees.
If you are ramping up to hire employees before December 31, 2011 and need assistance in preparing prior to and during the hiring process, complete the attached application and share with us how you could use guidance and direction in creating or formalizing a new employee hiring practices.
Are you reorganizing and restructuring jobs responsibilities and titles in order to preserve jobs and reposition your company for growth? Fill us in what your projected plan is and what kind of help would assist you in meeting that goal.
We will respond to all requests. Please be as specific as possible describing what kind of help you are seeking, for what purpose you will be using the assistance and what results you expect to accomplish with it.
