Carla Fallone

As a fourth generation entrepreneur, Carla has been an entrepreneur for the past 23 years. She not only designed, developed and expanded her own successful food services corporation, but also successfully launched several hundred new product lines to retail, restaurants, caterers and Fortune 100 corporations. In 2002, Carla launched her current consulting company, Fallone Business Resources. Since, she has developed international specific business plans, designed to teach and expand small business development. Using WebEx she has counseled entrepreneurs internationally, most notably teleconferencing with 70 Chilean female business owners at the University of Arapaca, Arica, Chile, resulting in several clients securing product placement in stores in the Smithsonian and The Museum of Natural History. In addition to consulting in economic development and expansion to private clients, Carla conducts entrepreneurial training for the State of New Jersey, Department of Labor Self-Employment Assistance Program at three colleges. She counsels entrepreneurs and small businesses for the Small Business Development Centers in Somerset, Hunterdon, Middlesex and Mercer Counties. She has counseled clients for the New Jersey Economic Development Authority. She is a consultant with Rutger's University, School of Business. She develops and authors course materials ranging from business theory to financial software for educational venues, corporate leaders and business administration training and pod casts. She instructs at Raritan Valley Community College, Middlesex County Community College, Mercer County Community College and Bergen County College. She runs entrepreneurship seminars for outplacement Fortune 500 employees and is an instructor at various New Jersey colleges teaching a wide range of business courses including Financial Statement Analysis, Business Plan Development, Financial Software Training and Accounting.

Carla is an Adjunct Professor at The College of New Jersey for their School of Business Management, instructing courses in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development. For decades, Carla has traveled internationally studying small business development in many countries. In her travels she studies the business strategies and marketing acumen from many different cultural perspectives. In 2008, she traveled to Northern Africa, China, Japan and France. In 2009, Carla was invited by the International Global Studies Conference to present her paper "Globalizing Entrepreneurship Training" at their Conference at the University of Zayed, Dubai, UAE on May 30th. In the Summer of 2009, Carla traveled to Peru, visiting Lima, Machu Picchu and Urubamba. In Ecuador she spent time canoeing the Amazon River, hiking the Amazon Jungle and visiting elementary schools in the Amazon bringing much needed supplies to the school children. In the Galapagos, she studied small business strategies in the conservation area. In 2010, Carla traveled through Russia from St. Petersburg to Moscow, and into the Ukraine to do the same. Planned for 2011, she will be traveling to South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Botswana. She is also currently launching a website which has viral strategies to test its absorption into familial markets.
