Today, we all have to do more with less and downsizing has been considered by most business in one way or another.
College Interns offer companies an economically practical opportunity to relieve some tasks/projects from logjams, plant the seeds for new projects, and provide meaningful assistance in the workplace.
Internships are not just for the usual suspects (Merrill Lynch, Bristol Myers Squibb, etc) Internships have proven very effective startegies for small to mid size companies. How could you benefit from an Intern working at your company this summer? What projects could you inspire or complete with some added support?
