Michelle Hermelee is the founder of BH Sky Associates, which she established in 2006 to meet the rising demand from small business owners needing help to navigate through the maze of government procurement.

She has over 11 years of successful experience in procuring and negotiating government contracts with federal, state, and local agencies. This has given her practical in-depth knowledge about identifying key business opportunities, acquiring term contracts, completing GSA proposals, ensuring contract compliance, negotiating terms, and managing government contracts. Her area of special focus is the federal procurement process - GSA schedule contracts and market research and analysis.

Prior to starting BH Sky, Ms. Hermelee was associated with an environmental firm, where she established the government sales department and achieved major growth for the company through successfully securing contracts with the Department of Defense, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, General Services Administration, and numerous local contractors.

Her firm is based in Princeton, NJ, where she provides nationwide service to clients across numerous industry sectors, including medical, manufacturing, IT, janitorial, electrical and HVAC contractors, insurance, and environmental services.

Ms. Hermelee is also a an active member of Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) legislative Instant Impact Team, NJAWBO Procurement Committee, National Contract Management Association (NCMA), The Coalition for Government Procurement (CGP), NJ State and Princeton Chamber of Commerce and consultant to The College of New Jersey, the Small Business Development Center.
