As President of Capella Consultants LLC, Cheryl Patnick leads a Human Resources and Management consulting group dedicated to harnessing the potential and maximizing the performance of employees. Founded in 2007, Capella supports organizations in the alignment of People, Processes, Strategy and Technology. Their industry-leading HR Diagnostic© crystallizes insights into over 100 human resources and organizational design practices, thus enabling Capella to offer unique solutions in HR Planning and Set-Up, Mergers & Acquisitions, HR Technology, Strategic Planning, Career Coaching, Succession Planning and HR Project Management. Capella's clients include organizations in the for profit and not-for-profit sectors with employee numbers ranging from 1 to 12,000.

Cheryl is a Board member of the Mercer Chapter of the NJ Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO) and serves on the Advisory Board of the Center for Financial Training. She is a volunteer consultant for the Small Business Development Council of NJ and a member of the Mercer and NJ State Chamber of Commerce. She has presented "Creating a Successful Consulting Company" for Right Management and "Transforming HR" for the Society of Human Resources Management. Cheryl has received the HR Person of the Year award from the Society of Human Resources Management. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Richmond.
