The NAWBO-CJ S.E.E.D. program encourages entries from any business that is at least 50% woman-owned, no more than two years old, and demonstrates potential. The top 10 applicants (as determined by seven (7) independent judges) will have 3 minutes to present their business plan to an audience of their peers on April 18, 2011. The three winners will be chosen to receive a prize package of goods and services. In April 2010, the three winners received a prize package worth over $15,000. The ENTRY FORM deadline is February 25, 2011. A $35 payment for the entrance fee must accompany each entry. You can make the payment online or send a check made out to NAWBO-CJ as directed below. NOTE: if more than one person owns the company, and is a finalist, only one admission to the event will be given. Any additional person who wants to attend from that company will need to pay the registration fee of $80.00.
