Mr. Guidotti explains the State's eligibility requirements for Small, Women-owned & Minority-owned Business Enterprises (SBE/WBE/ MBE) as well as line by line reviews of each application.  An overview of the New Jersey Selective Assistance Vendor Information (NJSAVI) service - including the State's Bid Opportunity marketplace and Email Notification system - as well as the Diversity Registry are also covered.
