We will provide handouts for the workshop. We will also prepare a PowerPoint presentation and demonstrate some resources available through the PTRC (Patent and Trademark Resource Centers).

SPEAKER

Robert Berry is a Research Librarian at Sacred Heart University. He is also that library's Patent and Trademark Resource Center Representative. Rob became interested in law and public policy when he interned with the Pennsylvania Department of Education as an undergraduate student. Rob earned a master's degree in Political Science from the New School for Social Research and a law degree from Brooklyn Law School. Prior to becoming a librarian, Rob was an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the New York City Law Department's Special Litigation Unit where he defended personal injury suits in state and federal courts.
