Colombia officially remains the most diverse country for birds on the planet, but sadly, an additional four bird species are considered threatened with extinction in Colombia this year. Paujil de Pico Azul -  Blue-billed Curassow Secret insights into the Blue-billed Curassow
Two trail cameras recently installed near the ecotourist lodge at ProAves "El Paujil Nature Reserve" have provided new information on the enigmatic and Critically Endangered Blue-billed Curassow. The cameras have recorded individuals and pairs of the Curassow on an almost daily basis as well as records of mammals, such as a Puma.
