Fixing Frank Lloyd Wright's house
I was so happy to see this article about Frank Lloyd TaliesinWright's home, Taliesin. I'm glad that it seems to be turning the corner when it comes to funding. It's good to know that it will be there for people to see.  I visited there several years ago and wrote this about the place. I don't think you can go there without being affected.

Sweden's creative approach to saving energy
Stockholm Central StationI've told you about this before, but I wanted to share this video from the BBC on how the Swedes are using body heat from Stockholm's Central Station to help heat an adjacent office building. The French are doing a similar thing with the Paris metro. Good stuff.
Think your utility bills are high?
Check out what's going on in Romania. Of course, the average person is making just $239 a month, but still. Turn off that light!
And while we're being international
family of fifteenCheck out this story about a Korean family and what they're doing to solve the Korean population problem (not enough kids). I draw your attention to how they save on their heating costs. Cozy!

Omaha landlordInteresting news item from the Heartland about a contractor who didn't get fully paid for a furnace installation and then decided to become the Repo Man. The law doesn't agree with what the company did, but the installer must have felt great while they were doing it. I can see Bill Murray playing the role. What do you think?

Hug your kids.
