The 10 ways to increase a home's value
Check out the lists in this article and notice where replacing the boiler or furnace comes in. Then scroll a bit to what homeowners are actually doing. Scroll further and see the return on that new boiler or furnace. Something's missing between what the heating professionals are telling folks and what they're hearing.

Water thief?
I got a kick out of this question, but I really giggled at some of the answers. It's a good brainteaser for you. Give it some thought and let me know what you come up with. My solution is sinister.

I stumbled onto this one and thought you'd enjoy it as much as I did. It's the opposite of heating, but just as delicious. Ah, history! We just keep making more of it.

Another reason to love Paris
As if we needed one. Take a look at this article about how they're planning to capture the heat from the people and the trains moving through the Paris metro system and use it to heat a public housing project. I love stuff like this.
