Andrea Johnson & Tom Figarelle featured as Rising Stars
Congratulations Andrea & Tom! Their articles appeared in yesterdays Tribune, Great Falls Business. Andrea has been the Program Director of the College's Physical Therapist Assistant Program for the past two years. She formerly worked as a Physical Therapist at Benefis and in Fort Benton. Tom, the Development Officer at MSU - Great Falls, is also involved in PULSE Great Falls.
Past Rising Stars from our college are: Ryan Schrenk, Joe Schaffer, Lanni Klasner and Heather Palermo. This is the third year of the Tribune's Rising Star program.

New Shop Aide Hired
Brian Wergin has been hired as Shop Aide for the Carpentry and Welding Program. Brian comes to us from Belt and has 25 years experience in welding and seven years in carpentry. |

It has come to the Colleges' attention that latex balloons and other products on campus cause an allergic reaction for some people. For that reason, the College has found alternative products to use in our healthcare and dental labs. Please do not use latex balloons or other products on the MSU - Great Falls Campus. |
The Learning Center is Hopping!

The Learning Center staff would like to take the opportunity to thank all of you on campus that have referred students to the Learning Center for tutoring assistance. A record number of students have been served so far this semester. Because of the high usage, several additional tutors have been added to the staff. We are ecstatic about what we do and the word is getting out that "The Learning Center is THE place to be!" To put the usage into perspective, here are some comparison statistics from last year to week 8 this fall: Number of students seen:
