When the Heritage Dealer reached out to their sales representative, Vanessa Derks she recognized the need to get other Inc. team members involved for assistance with a major hospital proposal. The team worked with the customer, designer and dealer to address ideas, issues and concerns of the project.
Grand Rapids based trainers showed both the hospital and the dealer how our products work. Nurses and administrators spent a day in Grand Rapids providing insights into their critical clinical needs. This convinced the customer that both Nurture and Steelcase were good partners to have going forward. One phone call from the dealer sales rep to her Steelcase Dealer Sales Consultant got the ball rolling and the amount of knowledge and skill we were able to provide as a team put us in the enviable position we are in today.
