San Diego, CA- Leslie Corbin, a designer of Veteran Affairs San Diego, started to notice that some of her seating at their Mission Valley Clinic was not standing up to performance and infection control standards. When Leslie notified Caitlin Wege at BKM of her dilemma, Caitlin quickly noticed the seating that Mission Valley had was the Nurture Outlook Collection, Outlook Hawthorne.

Caitlin and Kevin Rodenbeck, the local Nurture Representative found that the majority of the 100 chairs were still in good shape and only seat cushion replacements in a vinyl textile would be needed to satisfy the change. Additionally, significant savings occurred due to the few chairs needing to be replaced; resulting in Caitlin's ability to purchase additional Sorrel chairs for the clinic's exam room.
