Color Art Builds Momentum
St. Louis, MO - Katie Truitt, Rick Delaney and Christine Hoffman all have seen the professional rewards of offering innovative approaches with a key healthcare account- SSM St. Claire in Fenton, MO. Three years ago the Color Art team pursued this project to find out that just 45 days ago SSM had a budget cut. With quick thinking CA and Nurture worked together to put the X-tenz Sleeper and Mineral Recliner in front of the key decision makers at SSM. They offered a matrix of cost plus proposal and highlighted the savings. The team worked with specials to add the tablet arm and IV pole to the Mineral Recliner and were able to provide the new enhancements on the X-tenz Sleeper enabling them to move ahead of Nemschoff and Stryker. The team won $2.3 million in discounted sales with 150 X-tenz Sleepers and 150 Mineral Recliners. Color Art is currently completing a renovation of existing space in a new healthcare showcase. Helping you with the Specials and Custom Process
Specials and customs are an important part of meeting healthcare customer needs. Getting clear definition and setting expectations early will help create a positive experience. Specials are defined as basic dimension changes, easily described changes to an existing product such as different drawer pulls or configurations, or things that have been previously quoted. Our goal is to turn around specials in 24-48 hours. Customs are defined as significant changes which may require drawings to clarify the intent or a product that is completely different than what is offered today. Customs take longer to clarify and quote and may take as long as 5 to 7 days to turn around once the intent of the product is clear. Both specials and customs use the e-quote process to document and monitor progress of the request.
