love grafitti
We've all heard things like this before:
"You must love yourself before you can truly love another." or, "Self-Love is the most important love of all!"
But how do we do this?
To follow are a few tips to remember in your everyday lifestyle to help take care of YOU.

1. Sleep. Make sure to get enough sleep every night.
2. Move Your Body. You don't need to be a gym rat to make sure that you get your blood pumping each day in some way, and it helps clear the mind. Take a walk, move around to some music or DO go to the gym!
3. Quiet Time. Take time for yourself to connect with the divine, pray, meditate, go in to nature, stare at the stars.
4. Self-Love vs. Self-Indulgence. Remember that Self-indulgence is chaotic and fickle. Self-love is centered and eternal.
5. Celebrate! Take the time to celebrate your successes as they come. Don't forget to cheer yourself on through each step of progress on your way to your goals.
6. Tell the Truth. Exaggerations and twisted facts are often signs of not feeling you will be accepted by others because you don't accept yourself entirely. Tell the truth, and start with yourself!
7. Ask For Help. When times get tough, don't try and go it alone. Seek help when you need it. Maybe you could use a call from Your Best Friend!
