Tell your customers or members what the topic of the survey is, how long it will take them to complete it and how their responses will benefit them. For example, you might write that the results of the survey will be used to improve customer service, product offerings, how relevant newsletter content is to their needs, what membership benefits are offered, etc.
Thank your customer for their participation in your survey, and tell them how valuable their feedback is to you.
