Putting together your system with the MC464 from Trio and suitable servo-amplifiers / motors sourced from your Panasonic supplier couldn't be easier!
Simply connect Power, Motor & Feedback to the amplifier using cables supplied by Panasonic. Connect the Motion Coordinator and amplifiers using network cable with RJ45 connectors... Power up the system... The MC464 recognises the amplifiers and installs support automatically.

8 dedicated registration inputs built into the MC464
Panasonic RTE Interface have sub microsecond resolution to allow these low cost
drives to be used for demanding applications in packaging, labelling and
printing. Up to 7 RTE Interfaces can be used when more registration inputs are
required.

We think that Trio Basic will solve all your programming needs, however if you have learnt another standard programming language, we support G Code and IEC 61131 programming methods. Your choice! The IEC 61131 runtime is an easy to use full function PLC. Integrated into the Motion Coordinator the runtime kernel allows multiple PLC tasks to be run and has access to all I/O and distributed I/O.
