NOW IN STOCK - COMPLETE BIKE - R.I.P. 9 - MSRP $3999
First
off, the RIP 9 is now available as a complete bike. We have them in
stock and ready to rock in both Hi-Ho Silver and Atomic Blue. While a
lot of you would prefer to build your RIP 9 from the ground up, we
think this component spec would actually be pretty close to how you'd
build it yourself. Features include a full SRAM group with XO rear
derailleur, X9 shifters, and Avid Juicy 7 disc brakes. The front brake
is a 180mm rotor for added stopping power. The front squish is
delivered via a 120mm travel Manitou Minute air fork with Absolute
Damping and 20mm thru axle. Wheels are WTB Laser Disc Lite hubs laced
to STANS FLOW rims and topped off with red alloy nipples and double
butted spokes. Tires are Panaracer Rampage 29er tires (please note
that all complete bikes will ship with standard tubes installed).

is $3999 for the complete bike. (sorry no pic of the complete bike).
By the third week in August, we should also have JET 9 complete bikes ready to sell as well. The build is very similar to the RIP 9, but we've opted for a few lighter components for the more XC oriented frame. The front fork is the Rock Shock REBA SL AIR U-Turn that we've had an exclusive on, and the rims are the lighter, more race ready STANS ARCH rims. The bike is finished off with SRAM X0 Rear Derailleur, XT front derailleur, Avid Juicy 7 disc brakes (160mm rotors front and rear), and X9 shifters. Tires are WTB Prowler SL RACE tires. Retail price of this build will be $4099. We only have a limited number of these coming in, so get one while you can.

JET 9 LINKAGE UPDATE
>> JET 9 linkage will be done and ready to ship to customers next week. The pieces have all been forged and we are just waiting for anodizing and shipping. Replacement linkages will be shipping to customers and shops soon, so get ready to ride your Jet 9 again. In most cases, taking the frame back to your authorized Niner dealer will be the best, fastest way to receive the replacements. Detailed instructions on how to get your replacement linkages can be found at the link below if you are not near a dealer. Follow the instructions and we will be happy to exchange the linkages directly with you.
In order to keep track of frames that have been fixed and replaced, we will be exchanging the linkages for the old ones and taking note of the serial number of the frame you own. (Your local Niner Dealer again will handle this for you) We would like to thank each and every one of you for your patience on this subject. We are truly thankful that you guys have been understanding, and we can't wait to get you back on your bikes.

>> Rigid Forks will be back in stock very soon! We'll have some rigid forks in by the end of July, so if you've got one on order or have been waiting for them to come in, now's your chance. Stock is limited, but we've got more on the way (mid August).

IMBA LIMITED
EDITION BIKES
>> Limited edition IMBA-themed MCR 9 framesets will be done soon! I know it's been awhile, but most of the IMBA bikes have been completed by Spectrum Powder Works in Colorado Springs, CO. They're waiting on the forks now, and as soon as they get those, the IMBA themed MCR 9 frame and fork combos will be ready to go! Remember, there are only 25 of these limited edition frames and forks (in various sizes) so get them while you can. You may want to pre-order yours as soon as possible to guarantee a frame and fork for yourself. Retail price of the combo is $1149, so not a huge increase in price for a GREAT cause and the chance to own a part of history. |
ONE 9 RAW FINISH
>> The One9 RAW frame is here and in stock! Due to the popularity of the RAW AIR9 (and lighter weight for all the racers out there without paint) we have brought this finish to the One9. The RAW replaces the Godzilla Green color.

>> We would like to introduce our newest member to the Niner Bikes staff. His name is Brian Pierro he will be working in customer service and helping Brett with sales. Brian is an avid 29er rider, he was a full time mechanic at a local shop before joining Niner Bikes.
>> Right now, we are in the throes of getting ready for this year's Interbike show in Las Vegas, NV. We know it's at the end of September, but it's a lot of work. If you only knew what it takes to get everything together. Anyway, we can't wait to show you some really exciting things that are happening behind the curtain over here at Niner, but you'll just have to wait and see...
