In addition, I learned that the average lifespan of a water heater is about 8-10 years before it needs to be replaced due to corrosion inside that could lead to a major 50-gallon water spill that could be quite costly to contend with.
Finally, I was relieved to learn that the plumbing in the McManus home has the perfect water pressure and that our two toilets and four sinks are in tip-top shape outside of my need to replace the kitchen faucet at some point in the future.
I feel like I should have been given a "Plumbing 101" certificate in light of everything I learned from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for the very first time at the age of 45.
