The call volumes continue to increase this year for 2-1-1
2-1-1 Update: The calls continue to increase with regard
to housing and shelter needs of our community.
· Total Calls: 1272 calls (141% increase over April 2009
and similar volume to March 2010)
· 313 Calls Involving Children Age 0-5 (25.9% of total calls)
· 1453 total Referrals of which the top are:
15.1% Financial Stability - VITA receiving the greater
portion of calls
9.0% Housing Authority
8.7% Sanctuary Youth Services
7.0% Central California Legal Services
5.5% Fresno County Department of E&TA
5.0% Resources for Independence
3.7% Fresno County EOC
