Congratulations Bank on Fresno!
Members of the Bank on Fresno coalition recently were invited to Sacramento, California to attend the Bank on California Initiative Director's Luncheon. At the luncheon Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger announced Bank on California opened over 110,000 accounts, passing the two year goal of 100,000 accounts in just four quarters. The Governor set a new goal of 200,000 by the end of this year. Bank on Fresno opened over 31,000 of the Bank on California accounts surpassing its two year goal of opening 10,000 accounts by 200%.
The luncheon also featured this year's Bank on California "Grizzly" Award winners for leadership. From Fresno the winners were: Jesse Rodriguez, Account Executive-Univision, Larry Roselle, Field Officer-United States Housing and Urban Development, Sandy Cha, Community Development Officer-Wells Fargo and Sevag Tateosian, Bank on Fresno Coordinator-United Way of Fresno County.
