Our Art for Charity Exhibit has been popular this past year for our art lovers, artists and the charities that have received the proceeds. We are always seeking donated art for the exhibit so check out under that guestroom bed or walk-in closet for any art you wish to donate to a worthy cause. All work must be:
- Suitably framed or finished edging.
- Prepared to be hung (please avoid sawtooth hangers)
- An addressed and stamped envelope to your selected charity. (think about giving locally)
It shows that ART is well supported on the Treasure Coast and we are fortunate to have so many talented individuals all around us.
Next up in the Gallery is a showing by our Gallery at Jay Mar teachers; Carol Kepp, Laura Tarquino, Kelly Arnold, Susana Cremin, Doreen Lepore and Nancy Jones. Our teachers provide affordable instruction in a variety of mediums.
January 8th Jay Mar will host our Winter Teacher - Student Open House. See you on Saturday, January 8, 2011 from 2 PM - 4 PM. Join us in the Gallery where you will meet local art teachers, learn about classes and workshops offered during the winter season. Jay Mar will offer special discounts and door prizes during the event.

Celia Buchannan will be presenting a new "Fiber Art" at the January 24, 2011 Meeting of the Palm City Art Associates at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Palm City.
