Celebrities making a difference!
|
Amy Brenneman is one of Hollywood's most respected actresses who is making a difference both on, and off the screen. One of her passions is in educating people about how toxic chemicals and environmental pollutants effect children (and adults). She will share some of her knowledge about this important subject at the WCWP Expo 2008. She can also be seen this fall in the new television series, Private Practice, as well as in the movie The Jane Austen Book Club, out in theatres September 21st. Other celebrities that are making a difference, and who are confirmed for Expo 2008 include: Ed Begley Jr., Stephen Stills, Kim Basinger, Erin Gray and Sandra Tsing Loh. |

Improving our sustainable footprint.
|
Whole Children, Whole Planet is committed to producing the finest educational family experience possible in a sustainable and responsible way. In order to walk our talk, we will be implementing a zero waste station program throughout the 11-acre campus to efficiently teach people how to manage their trash. In addition to the mutiple zero waste stations, the program will feature a three-sided triangular 9' x 9' x 9' interactive zero waste art project, which will be designed and constructed in collaboration with WCWP, Green Lotus Events, E3 - Enrichment Educational Experiences and Mr. Ellie Pooh. The art project will be on display and functioning near the kitchen area.
Additional sponsorhip opportunities will be available to help fund this project. It is a great marketing opportunity for any company that is committed to making a difference towards public education and preserving the planet. If your company is interested in being a sponsor, or for more information please contact WCWP producer.
Schools note: Pooh paper is a great sustainable fund raising option - www.mrelliepooh.com
