Fall is also great cooking weather. Jen's been canning up a storm. Kirsten brought in homemade Curry soup for lunch, and Robin's talking beef stew. Me, I just want corn on the cob & tomato sandwiches for another week or so.  But soon I'll make up a batch or two of corn chowder, maybe some tomato sauce, and some ratatouille for the freezer. Joe's been trying to pickle some hot peppers, and everyone wants homemade apple pie. The best part is that we'll continue to have all these yummy veggies until a frost!!  Then there's broccoli & cauliflower, brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, winter squash!!! Oh so many good recipes to try this fall. Be sure to check out some of the magazines that we carry for new recipes. I personally LOVE Eating Well  magazine !! Ladies Night in the Greenhouse
