Ninth Annual Flavors of Fall

Students are back in class, there's a slight chill in the air, and the leaves are just starting to turn. It's official, autumn is upon us--which means it's almost time for Flavors of Fall!
The annual fundraiser from BostonChefs.com, now in its ninth year, will be back at The Charles Hotel on Monday, November 12th, filling the Regattabar with great food, drink and, of course, music (it is the Regattabar). Proceeds from each $65 ticket will be donated to The Possible Project, a youth entrepreneurship center that teaches Cambridge high school students how to start and run their own businesses while providing them the opportunity to gain important skills for future success.
From 5:30-8:30pm, chefs from in and around Cambridge will be plating miniature portions of their favorite seasonal dishes to be paired with an assortment of beers and wines. Look for newcomers like West Bridge and Belly alongside familiar favorites like UpStairs on the Square and Harvest, and cocktails courtesy of Noir Bar
As you sample your way through the room, enjoy the funky jazz stylings of Rollo Tomasi or try your luck in the evening's silent auction.
