Habitat's Haunted Harbor Cruise

 Meet three families who have been accepted into our New Homeowner Program - The Everetts, the Dixons, and the Pinckneys.  With your help, these families will soon become first-time homeowners!  
 
The Everett Family

  •  They all currently live in substandard housing conditions.
  • They all qualify based on their income/ ability to pay a mortgage.
  • They are all working on their 500 hours of sweat equity.  
 
The Dixon Family

All three families have a lot picked out for them in the Joppa Way subdivision of North Charleston. We are just waiting on the funding and sponsors to begin building their homes. We need $65,000 for each of their homes.
