Prayer Breakfast

On December 4th,  Charleston area churches will come together to meet one another, eat together, and pray!

Keeping prayer as the foundation of our ministry is vital to us.  We have just accepted new families into our new homeowner program (some who will be attending), and we would like to pray with them as we serve with them in the year to come.

Please forward this to your church list or add it in your Sunday Bulletin. This is for church leaders, those in your congregtion, and even those who don't attend church but wish to pray with us. Please let us know how many plan to attend so that we prepare enough food for everyone!

Please RSVP to Stacia Bannerman by Tuesday, Dec. 1st so that we prepare enough food.

Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project 2009
In November, Corrie Gladstien of Charleston, SC traveled to Thailand to build during the Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project! Corrie says, " I was excited to affect change in a far off place, but what I didn't count on was an education on how dedicated a group of Americans can be.  I was inspired by the incredible display of teamwork and genuine care my group, as well as the many other volunteers, displayed toward our global family.  One does not need to travel abroad to enjoy the great dignity shown by Habitat toward people in need, but if you do, count on meticulous organization and a refreshing amount of class and dignity for all involved."
