| TESTIMONIALS |
"I have seen the TARA Approach naturally direct mothers and babies to their inner strength and health. I also use the system myself to sustain me during the long hours and relentless demands of being a caring obstetrician." ~ Jade McGaff, MD
"When I use the TARA Approach with babies, they become more present, calm and aware of their surroundings. I am in awe of this simple gesture that has such a profound effect." ~ Kathi Myers, RN
"I believe that with her increased awareness and curiosity about the world, along with her new connections with people, that Sophie's possibilities for the future are limitless. Since receiving TARA Approach treatments and attending the TARA Family Clinics Sophie reaches out so beautifully to me and others and her hands are so calm." ~Cathy Shorma, whose daughter has Rett's Syndrome (characterized by repetitious hand movements)

| *NEW* Stimulating Questions for Therapeutic Dialogue handbook now available | |
Born from the Therapeutic Dialogue course being held in Gijon this May, ASKING STIMULATING QUESTIONS: CLUES FOR SOMATIC THERAPISTS is a handbook where
"Stimulating questions are intended to empower by providing a model of self-inquiry. The therapist doesn't answer the questions but rather posits awareness and self-responsibility. In this way the healing process is demystified and the client owns their own journey"
(Introduction, page 1).
Health projects are organized alphabetically from Adrenals to Wrists with suggestions on how to posit pointed and specific questions that go to the core of causation. This guidebook is intended to inspire all therapists and healthcare professionals with one or two sentences that immediately ignite the consciousnesspositive side of the miraculous mind-body connection.

"It feels like the OCD stuff is unwinding out of my son's body and mind...You have facilitated the transformation of a fear and anxiety producing situation, one in which we felt lost and somewhat paralyzed, into an uplifting growth experience that permeates and will continue to influence our whole family going forward. I feel changed on a cellular level."

| UPCOMING SENSORY COURSE IN OKLAHOMA | |
The TARA APPROACH TO SENSORY INTEGRATION:
APPLIED TOUCH AND LIMBIC STIMULATION
JULY 30, 2010
10 AM - 5 PM Edmond, Oklahoma, $150
This course introduces CARE PROVIDERS AND PARENTS to how the nervous system can be balanced using simple applied touch interventions and limbic stimulation. Care providers serving a pediatric population will be taught games that make applied touch fun, with an eye not only to treatment by the clinician but also to encourage replication by other service providers such as teachers and aides. Self-motivated children can do these treatments on their own. There are no contraindications.
Participants will also learn and practice dialogue geared toward attunement or limbic stimulation. This is dialogue specifically designed to awaken dormant neurotransmitters and limbic brain structures necessary to enhance sensory integration. While the emphasis in this class is on pediatric treatment everything that will be taught is applicable to all ages. Adaptations will be provided for children without language. This includes children who hear and have vocal capacity but do not speak as well as children who cannot access language neurologically or structurally.
PLEASE NOTE: OUR CLASS WILL BE HELD IN A BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE HOME IN EDMOND, OKLAHOMA. SPACE IS LIMITED. WE HEARTILY ENCOURAGE YOU TO MARK YOUR CALENDARS AND REGISTER FOR THIS COURSE NOW!
All registration will be handled through The Dom Project, the nonprofit organization that sponsors the TARA Approach.
