We are proud to announce that Painless Performance Evaluations: A Practical Approach To Managing Day-To-Day Employee Performance is this year's winner of the Glyph Award for Best Business/Career Book. The Arizona Book Publishing Association sponsors this prestigious awards program, the Arizona Book Awards, with the physical award called the Glyph Award.
The recipients of the Arizona Book Awards were announced on October 6, 2007, where winners received their Glyph Awards at a festive banquet at the Phoenix Country Club.
The Glyph Award adds one more trophy to our book's collection of accolades. Painless Performance Evaluations was also recognized as finalist in the Best Books USA Awards program.
