Emerging Leader Spotlight 


DCI's Emerging Leaders Program is designed for students and new professionals with less than 10 years experience in downtown revitalization fields, including planning, economic development, public administration, architecture, urban design, retail interior design, business management, marketing, promotions, and more.  Frequently in the Jobs and RFP announcements a new emerging leader will be highlighted. Located on Colorado's Front Range, Castle Rock is the seat of Douglas County and is one of the fastest growing communities in the United States. This position will be responsible for leading the finance department; conducting high-level, strategic financial analysis; and formulating and executing broad, town-wide financial policies for a growing and dynamic municipality.
