It's tax week and I hope Uncle Sam has been good to
you and that you get to plan a special splurge soon.
I spotted these napkins and just had to have them
to share a photo with my fashion peeps. In having a
fickle fit for my feet, I have been known to buy an extra
one or two in the same style, but in different colors.
On sale of course ;)
Plan your attack wisely before you shop.
Many sales to be had.
First, make sure you've pulled out all your
spring/summer wardrobe choices, assessed what
stays, what goes and what you need to fill in the gaps.
If you are one of the fortunates who have lost
weight, take your pieces into the tailor for proper fitting.
If you've put on a few and the tailor can't help, just
get rid of it. No sense having guilt hanging in your
closet to mock you each morning. Salvation Army,
Goodwill stores, and many others, can make use of
your cast-offs.
Shoes - if they are scuffed, fix them up.
Many tailors also do shoe repair. It's amazing what
can be done to revive a shoe in a sad state. A sharpie
can be a sneaky saviour in a pinch.
If beyond repair, put them out of their misery.
