NY Fashion Week

Fave trends
Last September I had a fantastic time at New York
fashion week since my then intern, now
assistant joined me, as well as my best friend.
Hour one of fashion week, we got front row for the
Michael Angel show, which is always a delight.
I LOVED the print fabrics and all the beautiful
blue color touches. It was like being transported
to a
island of clear ocean water with all those beautiful
hues.
Hour two, BCBGMAXAZRIA, more blue! We
noticed a lot of assymetrical lines in the dresses as
well.
Take this little nugget in your pocket as you start to
search out spring wardrobe and accessory pieces.
If prints are a bit daunting, go for a beautiful
handbag in turquoise. Or get even more daring with a
blue shoe. Have fun!

where to be, what to do
Tomorrow I'll be in the big apple again visiting
designers in the East Village, visiting one of my fave
shops, Sohung Designs for more zipper-trim frocks,
and attending the greatest beauty event searching out
great new products to tell you about.
Lucky KC metro peeps have a super sale if you
venture to the far south.

Upcoming event

July-birthday party
It is hard to believe that we just finished the February
Haute Market event in Kansas City and are now
working on July. It will be our 4th anniversary and a
fabulous night of fashion!
The event is already 1/2 filled with fabulous
boutiques and designers. We are looking for more
unique boutiques and amazing designers to complete
the 4th year of this shopping party extravaganza.
