U.S. Patent Office Offers Speedier Examination -- Again
You
may recall that back in 2006 I wrote about a way to obtain U.S. patents more quickly using a new "accelerated examination" offered by the U.S. Patent and Trademark
Office (USPTO). Since then, the USPTO has adopted another program, called
"Peer-to-Patent,"
offering faster than normal examination.
