And we have two new website clients - both in Halifax - an architect & a project management firm. We're certainly looking forward to introducing them to a greater online audience.

Once again, Halifax architect calls on CLC
HALIFAX - Katie and Sam lead a very busy life in Central Halifax. After realizing their family was outgrowing its house, they decided a change was due. The collection of cramped rooms needed to blossom into a home with lots of breathing space, grow-ability, functionality and quality, good looks.
The couple called on Halifax architect Douglas Matthews.

Friday, April 29, 5pm - Sunday, May 1, 3pm The Role of Faith in Tough Times In this weekend retreat at Windhorse Farm, participants will explore their own faith. A question arising among interested participants is, "Where do we go, in the depth of our heart/mind/soul, to fito nd comfort or purpose when things get really tough?"
The weekend will be spent deepening the understanding of our own and others' spiritual journeys, exploring various methods of working with adversity. Faith, prayer, meditation, contemplation, appreciating natural beauty, and resting in nature's stillness will be explored. There will be sessions of guided and solitary practice of these age-old methods.

HALIFAX - There will be a press conference and rally to support Nova Scotia forests and raise awareness about the inefficiency in using biomass for electricity.
In anticipation of future restrictions, large forest companies are stepping up their devastation of the woodlands with ever-increasing
- clear cutting
- whole tree harvesting
- road building.

- Wednesday, April 13th, 10am: Press conference at Four Points Sheraton, 1496 Hollis St., Halifax
- 11:30am: March to the Legislature to deliver message to government.
- Friends of Nature will be represented at the press conference's head table.
- Ecology Action is taking the lead.
